Terms

Permission is granted to use the materials on Wow Bow Wow's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

a) modify or copy the materials.
b) use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
c) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Wow Bow Wow's Teaching site/web site.
d) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
e) transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Wow Bow Wow at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any copied/downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Training Programs

I, the participant, represent that I am the legal owner of the named pet and I am aware that participation in any dog training program and/or any other services provided may result in illness, accident, injury, death and/or escape of the named pet. I am aware of these risks and assume all risks, dangers and responsibility for injuries to, and caused by, the named pet connected with Wow Bow Wow dog training session or other services provided.

I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby release and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless (collectively, “indemnify”) Wow Bow Wow and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, suits, claims, losses, and demands of any kind, which I, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns had, now have or hereafter may have by reason of any matter arising from or in connection with my and the named pet’s participation in the Wow Bow Wow dog training class or other services provided, including without limitation any illness, injury, accident, death or damage to person or property, except to the extent the losses are directly attributable to the Released Parties’ own willful misconduct.

In executing this release, it is my intent to expressly waive any and all rights and benefits conferred upon me by the provisions of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code (or any similar state statute), which states: A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.

If the participant is under 18 years old, the parent or legal guardian or the participant must remain present during the entire training session. If the participant is under 18 years old, I, the undersigned, represent and affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant, and I do hereby consent and give my permission to all of the provisions of the above indemnity and release for myself as the responsible party and on behalf of the participant.

The participant grants Wow Bow Wow the right to use photographs, videos, audios, written reviews shared by the participant, for the purpose of Wow Bow Wow business promotion. This also includes photographs, videos and audios taken by Wow Bow Wow in the course of the services provided.

If you are not satisfied with the training program, you may retake the course for free. CLASS REFUND POLICY: A refund will be issued up to the beginning of the second session of the Program Package with proof of payment.

Disclaimer

The materials on Wow Bow Wow's web site are provided 'as is'. Wow Bow Wow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Wow Bow Wow does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations

In no event shall Wow Bow Wow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Wow Bow Wow's Internet site, even if Wow Bow Wow or a Company authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Wow Bow Wow's teaching site/web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provision

As an Instructor, we represent, warrant, and covenant that: No Submitted Content shall infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property right of a third party. But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.
